Prior to founding ThinkForm, Russell DiNardo and Michael Crackel collaborated in the studio of world-renowned architect Michael Graves. As the Project Architect/Project Manager for the International Finance Corporation Headquarters project, Michael led the design team during all design phases and throughout construction period services. The building is prominently located in Washington, D.C., on Pennsylvania Avenue and Washington Circle occupying an entire city block marking the transition between many institutional government and banking buildings, and commercial and residential neighborhoods. In addition to addressing critical architectural and urban design issues, Michael was also involved with the design and management of 135,000 square feet of interior public areas including design and procurement of custom millwork, furniture, and textiles. The continuity of Michael’s involvement proved essential to the fast-track construction of this large corporate office building.

The continuity of leadership and support staff involvement from project inception to completion of construction is a key component of ThinkForm’s project management strategy for all projects.
