Prior to founding ThinkForm, Russell DiNardo and Michael Crackel collaborated in the studio of world-renowned architect Michael Graves. As the Project Architect/Project Manager for the Fox School of Business at Temple University, Michael led the design team during all design phases and throughout construction period services. The program required tripling the size of the existing business school. Working with, and listening to project donors, university administration personnel, teaching staff and student representatives, the design collaboration resulted in a state-of-the-art, high-technology learning center serving both undergraduate and graduate students as well as members of the region’s business community. The design response included an assortment of large and small spaces including tiered smart classrooms, case study and breakout rooms and other specialized business meeting spaces, lounges for casual interaction, career development facilities, and faculty offices. An atrium was introduced to tie the new and existing buildings together creating a space for special lunches, dinners and conferences at the heart of the school.

At ThinkForm, listening to client needs is at the heart of, and contributes to the success of every project we initiate.
